Pre War/ During the War / After the war.
I was born on January 15th 1947, in Rockland Maine.
I lived there until 1954.
I attended secondary school in Camden Maine.
I then moved with my family to Rockport Massachusetts where Continued my schooling Through High School, which was Rockport High School.
I enlisted in the USAF on 19 February of 1964.
After basic training at Lackland AFB Texas from February through April, I was stationed at Sheppard AFB Texas, where I attended a Tech school in electronic communications. April 1964 to November 1964. After tech school I was assigned to the school until June of 1965.
June 1965 I was reassigned to Shemya AFS in the Aleutian Island chain in Alaska at a Space Track Station.
I was then reassigned to Danang Vietnam in August of 1965 to September 1966.
From there I was assigned to TAC headquarters at Langley AFB, Virginia . During that timeframe I was sent to a special electronics school in Washinton DC, after which I returned to Langley AFB until August of 1967, to which I was reassigned to BienHoa Vietnam. I was moved to several locations throughout VietNam until September of 1968.
I served with some of the best military people that I had ever known. And I lost quite a few of good friends during those years, Ill remember them forever, as they gave their all.
I experienced and saw too many horrible things that occurred during the war, of which I still remember vividly .

I received numerous medals and awards for that period of time.
I September of 1968 I was assigned to Hahn AFB in Germany through September 1972.
September 1972 to August 1973,Chanute AFB Illinois for Digital Flight Simulation training .
August 1973 to June 1974. Charleston AFB S Carolina
June 1974 to August 1977, Pease AFB NH
August 1977 to February 1984, McDill AFB, Tampa, Fla
There I retired from the Air Force on 1 March 1984.
I stayed in Tampa Fla through 1993.
I then moved to new Hampshire and Maine until 2007,after which I then moved to Wichita Falls Texas until 2017.
I retired as a Flight Simulation Engineer and Pilot in 2017.
And then retired to Pensacola Florida.
