biography
Grew up in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. Attended Cardinal Dougherty High School and Temple University. Drafted in June of 1968 . Entered Army on September 9,1968. Basic training FT Bragg NC and Advanced training Ft Polk ,La. Sent to DMZ in South Korea. Stationed with the 2nd Division, 3rd Battalion ,23rd Infantry. Had Sniper training while in Korea. Spent 13 months in country. Entered as Pvt. exited as SGT E-5. Disembarked Ft Lewis Washington April 13,1970 which was last day of service. Returned to Philadelphia. Married one year later. Moved to Barrington, New Jersey
