biography
I served in Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman with the 1st Batt 1st Marines 1st MARDIV in country from Aug 1969 to Sept 1970 in the I Corps area that we knew as Dodge City some 20 miles north of Da Nang (I think, honestly, I was never really sure where we were at any given time) For any of the guys I might have served with I was with Alpha Company for most of my time in the bush and then Delta Company for a short stint prior to moving to the Battalion Aid Station at the "Gateway to Dodge City" not too far from Hill 55 as I recall. As to rank I was an E3 entering Nam and E4 exiting Viet Nam
