Daughter of Frank D Early and RoseNell Winslett Early, both of whom served as US Army Officers in WWII. Attended Avinger Texas Schools, 1956-1965, Daingerfield Texas High School, 1965-1968, National Honor Society and Number 4 in graduating class. University of Texas 1968-1970, Texas A&M University 1970-1972 BA in Modern Languages, University of Utah, 1982-1985 BS Nursing. Served as USAF Communications Electronics Officer, 1974-1982, ATC Lackland AFB Texas, USAFSS KELLY AFB Texas, USAFE Sembach AB Germany. Married, one son, seven stepchildren. Retired 2013. American Legion Texas Post 351 Commander 2021-2023, Hughes Springs, TX.
