biography
Entered service on 9/25/1967 and separated on 9/09/1970. Basic and AIT at Fort Jackson, SC. Deployed to Vietnam in March 1968. Served in G1, 1st Infantry Division at Lai Khe from March 1968 t0 March 1969. Upon return from Vietnam, served until September 1970 with HHC, USATC, Fort Eustis, VA. Released two weeks early to return to college. After graduating college, worked for Westvaco/MeadWestvaco for 32 years, then with the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage (ABC) for 9 years. Retired May 2014. Spend my time now doing whatever I please. It’s been a great journey!!!
