biography
In 1966, I decided to enlist in the United States Army, during this time, the United States was involved in the Vietnam Conflict. In 1969 I volunteered to serve my country for reassignment to Vietnam. My request was approved and assigned to the C, Btry, 2/11th Field Artillery, 101st Airborne Div (Ambl). I returned from Vietnam in 1970 to continue my military career of 22 yrs. My assignments included, 82nd Airborne Div; 5th Special Forces Gr; 3rd Infantry Div and the 509th Airborne Battalion.
