biography
Served as an F-4 navigator/weapons system officer with the Clark AB, Philippines-based 523rd Tactical Fighter Squadron during its deployment to Udorn RTAFB, Thailand, from December 1971 to October 1972, flying 123 combat missions. Primarily flying air defense missions, roles also included weather reconnaissance, chaff dispensation, and laser-guided and general-purpose bombing.
