biography
Born in Aberdeen, SD but moved to St. Clair, MI in 1957. Enlisted in AF in 1968. Medical Service Specialist training at Sheppard AFB and Stationed in Goose Bay Labrador in Dec of 1968. Transferred to Blytheville AFB AR, then Zweibrucken Germany, then civilian for 1 year then Security Police training at Lackland in 1974 then to MacDill AFB in Tampa. Then cross trained to medics and from there to AF PA School in Wichita Falls TX. Did clinical training at DM AFB in Tucson AZ then on graduation from PA School transferred to Duluth AB MN, Base closed and returned to DM AFB for 3 years, Transferred to Charleston AFB SC until retirement in 1991. Worked in Navy ER for 2 years and then employed as Assistant Professor by the Medical University of SC PA Program for 18 years. Retired from employment at that point.
